Ready to lose the extra kilo’s and get seriously fit? Then join the Xtreme Gap Thailand fitness boot camp programme.
Don't think this will be all easy! You will have the option to train 8 hours a day starting off with an hour of bootcamp in the early morning.
Training
2 times a day there are 3 hour sessions given by highly qualified staff and on top of that you will have 5 hours a week personal fitness training. Next to weight lifing, nutricion and fitness and strenght sessions you also have the option to do some yoga, running classes and Muay Thai (basics) training.
One on one:
We include 5 hours a week of personal trainin. One on one with a proessional trainer/coach. With him you not only train but also discus nutricioun, work out schedule and wight lifting techniques.
Meal Plan
To complement your hard work there is a food programme included (2 meals a day), designed to work with your training, you will start to see personal fitness gains in no time.
