As a Yacht Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery of sailing instruction and providing excellent customer care to our Neilson guests to ensure the success of their holiday. You will need to have a RYA Keelboat Instructor qualification and have proven sailing experience.

Working as part of a team you will teach sailing to guests of all ages and abilities following the RYA syllabus and Neilson programme, pro-actively provide assistance to ensure all guests obtain appropriate developmental skills, and assist in providing a safe and enjoyable working environment. You will need to organise and host social events, deliver briefings and interact with guests throughout their holiday.

You will need to have a can do attitude with a hand’s on approach to your work as you may be required to assist in other duties within the flotilla programme. You will need to be an excellent communicator, be highly self motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to be an excellent team player but with the ability to work independently.
