Teach windsurfing in the sun-kissed South of France and Spain!

We’re looking for inspirational Windsurf Instructors to introduce our guests to the basics of windsurfing at breathtaking locations in Southern France and Spain.

PGL Travel Ltd is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and study courses for young people. We’ve been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and operate RYA recognised teaching establishments across the UK, France and Spain.

Our Windsurf Instructors lead introductory sessions for visiting English-speaking school groups who will usually be trying their hand at windsurfing for the first time. You’ll be responsible for inspiring them, teaching the basics and ensuring that all sessions take place safely – as well as making learning fun.

We have a vacancy at Hameau-les-Ages, our unspoilt hamlet near Brive-la-Gailarde in the Dordogne where windsurfing takes place on a stunning inland lake. We also have a vacancy at La Fosca, our watersports-specialist centre near Palamos on the Costa Brava in Spain.

You'll need to hold a minimum of your RYA Start Windsurf Instructor to be considered for this role.

As a PGL Windsurf Instructor, you are encouraged to broaden your windsurfing competence with ongoing training, either internally or through RYA awards. All centres where windsurfing takes place have RYA recognition.

Working as a PGL Windsurf Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to live and work in a unique environment with access to on-going training opportunities. We offer a competitive monthly wage with free meals, on-site accommodation, uniform, return transport to our overseas centre from a UK departure point, insurance and the opportunity to live and work in a supportive environment where the emphasis is on self development and fun.
