Housekeeper Supervisor

Job Description

Our Housekeepers are people with high standards. They are responsible for supervising the hygiene standards throughout the hotel and keeping a team of hosts motivated in their housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for staff rotas, stocktaking, ordering of supplies and linen and mucking in yourself to get the job done! Customer service skills are also important as you will be in contact with our guests and a desire to spend a season out in one of the premier ski resorts in Europe is important too!

Requirements

Essential

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Team player

Strong Attention to detail

Positive and friendly manner

Previous Housekeeping experience

Previous Team leading or Supervisory experience

Desirable

Second language in either French, German or Italian

Previous experience of working in a ski resort
