Chalet Hotel Manager Winter 10/11
As an Inghams Hotel Manager you will manage one of our Chalet Hotels, assuming leadership and responsibility for all operational and guest related aspects of hotel management. Taking the leading role in hosting all our guests, you will ensure that you and your team make them feel welcome and in professional hands. You will supervise and organise the Chalet Hotel staff and ensure at all times that our high standards, procedures and company image are maintained.
You will be expected to provide regular accurate reports and accounts to the Alpine and UK offices, meeting all company deadlines. As a Hotel Manager you will therefore need to be highly organised and adaptable with excellent communication skills and a hands on attitude to work.
As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season, and ensure that you fully support the Chalet Hotel, Chalet programmes.
Required Experience:
- Hotel management and customer service experience essential
- Accounts and catering experience essential
- Knowledge of French or German and full clean driving licence desirable
- EU passport holders only, with UK residency and UK permanent National Insurance number
